Living Fire Leadership Ministries (LFLM) is a program - based in the local church - to develop Christian leaders to advance Christ’s kingdom. Congregations are encouraged to explore how it might utilize LFLM. All that it takes is a leader and six to ten willing participants. Either the pastor or a lay leader can be the facilitator for the group; and every leader receives training on how to lead. The facilitator does not teach but leads the discussion and directs the lesson. The facilitator is learning along with the other participants and is not expected to be “the sage on the stage”. A heart for the Lord and a heart for people is what it takes to be a facilitator for Living Fire. Click here to learn more by accessing a series of informational web pages. |
